November's Creativity Challenge winners are 10-year old Emily and 12-year old Tom. Both attend Holy Redeemer Catholic School in Alpharetta. Their creation, "Plymouth Rocky Road" is Chocolate Nirvana ice cream filled with mini-marshmallows, pistachios and chocolate covered pretzels. Ice cream to be thankful for!

Radio station 640 WGST hosts Helen and David interview Nirvana's own Top Chef Justin Mason about left over pumpkins. "Speaking of pumpkins, Justin Mason from Nirvana Café takes our chef's challenge this week and uses those extra pumpkins to make a Pumpkin Mash," according to David. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Northside section announces Nirvana's first "Reader's Are Leaders" reading night in Roswell. Eleven-year-old published author, Tiger Cabus, will be on hand to read his best-selling "If Cats Had Fins" and sign autographs. Read the mention.

October's Creativity Challenge winner is Steffan Becker and our first winner from our Alpharetta location. The Fulton Science Academy's creation, "Halloween Treat" is a ghoulish combination of chocolate Nirvana ice cream topped with black spider gummies and candy corn. We scream for ice cream! team!

The Sunday Paper's Hope Philbrick samples several Atlanta-area restaurants interpretation of low-country staple, Shrimp and Grits. Nirvana's own Chef Mason pairs shrimp sautéed with white wine, garlic and spice with pepper jack grits and tops it all off with a crab and sweet corn sauce. Nirvana's is pictured. Read the mention.
