Nirvana offers three special classes that foster creativity and enhance teambuilding through fun, hands-on cooking experiences in our Alpharetta “Empowerment Kitchen”. Each class is suited for small to mid-size groups from 8-18 people and larger teams can be accommodated with advanced planning. The menus are customized for your group and each event includes an option for wine, beer, specialty cocktails and surf & turf. Team Cuisine: The essential ingredients for success
Each member of your team puts on an apron and joins our chef in the “Empowerment Kitchen” for some hands-on lessons in creative cooking. Together, you prepare an appetizer, entrée and dessert. Learn some new techniques, have fun and enjoy eating your own special creations.

Fire and Ice: The hottest way to connect, create and chill out
Similar to “Team Cuisine” your group joins our chef in preparing an appetizer and entrée. In addition, we divide you into 2 smaller groups and each mini-team has to create and produce a “new” ice cream flavor using our professional ice cream equipment. A friendly competition sparks a search for the best name and flavor.

Master Chef Challenge: The ultimate in culinary teambuilding
Our version of the “Iron Chef” – your main group is divided into mini-teams and given an overview of the kitchen and available ingredients. With the assistance of our chef, each mini-team engages in friendly competition to create the best appetizer, entrée and dessert. No recipes are provided and we even add a “secret” ingredient that must be incorporated into each dish.
